This is me
On roads that twist like whispered dreams,
A band of brothers, sisters, it seems,
With engines roaring, we ride as one,
Chasing the sunset, racing the sun.
The mountains rise, a canvas of green,
As we carve through the valleys, serene and keen,
Each turn a thrill, each curve a song,
In the heart of the ride, where we all belong.
The scent of the pine, the wind in our hair,
A lifestyle of freedom, nothing can compare,
We gather 'round fires beneath the stars' glow,
Sharing our stories, letting the laughter flow.
With BBQ sizzling, the night comes alive,
In the company of friends, our spirits thrive,
Cigars in hand, tales woven tight,
As whiskey warms hearts on that joyful night.
So here’s to the journeys, the miles yet to roam,
With each twist and turn, we find our way home,
A road captain’s heart beats strong in the ride,
Together forever, with brothers and pride.
Born in the Mississippi Delta
My heart is in the Delta scene
Raised in Northern VA.
We traveled back and forth to Mississippi, stayed all summer long, Christmas, spring break, almost all school breaks.
For me its all about friends, food, drink, music (blues), laughter, and RIDING. Love this group of more than friends, new found family, full of big hearts
