2024 Honda Rebel 1100 DCT
The only modifications, because of my lack of height, is a slammer kit to lower the bike about an inch and half. The seat was immediately replaced with one that scoots me closer to the bars, also because of my smallish nature.

About Me
James introduced me to riding only a few years ago. Before that, the only bike I had been on was a friend's dirt bike (once) when I was 15 (and riding behind.) So, not much experience. Even before joining IMRGF, I had only ridden with James a few times. Hesitant, to say the least.....
James and I joined IMRGF when it was reforming in 2022 and met some of the most amazing people that have truly become family to us. We definitely have had some great rides and memorable trips. After being a member of the group for a little over a year, I was elected Membership Director in 2024, shortly after I got my motorcycle license. It took me a few months to find the right bike for me and it's still taking me some time to get accustomed to riding. I'm getting some good practice on the back roads of Spotsylvania for right now.
I was born in California and my family moved out to Virginia when I was around 9. I grew up and went to school in Spotsylvania, and I'm now raising my two teenage sons here. I've been in accounting for over 20 years and I'm currently the Controller for a local company that sells specialized, sideloader forklifts. Besides spending time with my family and hanging out with the riding group, I love to read, watch movies, and I love to listen and talk about music.
Even though it has taken me much longer than some of my fellow riders to get up on a bike, I do love the feeling. I love riding behind James as well, seeing everything up close, smelling fresh cut grass, feeling the wind on me....there is nothing like it.
